We want you to love what you grow. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items:
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of some items (like spawn, grow kits, or sterile goods), we cannot accept returns on perishable or custom-prepared products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and order number. We'll send a replacement or offer a refund—no hassle.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@sensettegarden.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable. We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping address if approved.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
